Personality

Niya is a temperamental extrovert, prone to both violent and happy mood swings.
Her poor self control helps push other people away, though her close friends have grown to accept her tendencies.

Suffers from fear of abandonment, resulting in her developing selfish tendencies to put up emotional walls.
However she’s quick to make attachments on the occasions she lets her guard down, and can be fiercely loyal to people she chooses to trust.

Her powers result in a high metabolism, so Niya has to eat and sleep extensively.

Her cat Maahes is constantly either hanging around or lying on her head.

Appearance

Niya is a dark skinned feline with messy sand coloured hair and a black striped tail. She has a somewhat heavier build accentuated by muscular definition.

Her arms and legs are covered in black tattoos resembling tiger stripes. Exposing the stripes causes her terraforming powers to be constantly active, so she needs to keep them covered, usually by bandages.

Due to be more comfortable in a warmer climate, Niya keeps warm under a heavy, tattered cloak.
She keeps her old yellow training gi with a blue sash.
